Ahmed Abdullah is Dick Gordon's former fixer and translator based in Baghdad. Ahmed was a sculptor. Then the war came, and he now makes his living as a photographer and reporter. He is keeping an audio diary for The Story. "Ahmed's Diaries" has won the Gold World Medal - Longform, Ongoing News Story from New York Festivals 2007 International Broadcasting Awards.  View a pdf file of all the winners here.
