Old Songs for the New Depression

Alison Donahue is a classically trained cellist who had given up her instrument. Mike Wilhelm taught himself guitar in his basement. The two met last year at an open mike night at a Detroit-area cafe called AJ's Music Cafe (Top photo). Now they're the duo Cello Bella, playing the upbeat swing songs of the old depression era.
