Dick Gordon spoke with Jonathan Nkala on May 21, 2008 about his dangerous journey from Zimbabwe to South Africa. One of the ways Jonathan earns a little money is to make these wire figurines and sell them - with a small performance - to passersby on the beach in Cape Town. One time, he met a couple of talent agents that way and ended up performing in an ad for Motorola.
