Dennis Reed spoke with Dick Gordon about his quest to find photos taken by Japanese Americans in the 20's and 30's. Here are some of the photos Dennis and Dick talked about on the show. Top, "Thinker": This image was taken by Hiromu Kira. He was an assistant at a photography shop and took this photo at the Hollywood Dam. The man in the image is the owner of the camera. Hiromu was demonstrating the camera to the man. Bottom, this image was taken by Toyo Miyatake by a camera he made inside an internment camp. This image depicts the inside of Manzanar Relocation Camp.
