She is vice president and assistant general manager of the L.A. Dodgers.</p><p>Dick Gordon talks to Kim from her office at Dodger Town. It's the end of spring training in Florida, and the Dodgers are preparing for their opening game for the season.</p><blockquote><p>I open my office door out to the terrace and I can hear batting practice go on.
