Tomie DePaola's books have won reams of awards, including both top literary nods for children: the Newbury Medal for outstanding writing and the Caldecott Medal for illustration.
Tomie has just published his first book for adults, called Christmas Memories. The book includes holiday memories from his storied life--suburban childhood, bohemian art school, and cloistered monastery. Listen in as Dick and Tomie talk of Christmases past, and play holiday music from 1940's crooners to Gregorian chants.
